What is Pink the Pews?
Colors of Promise recognizes Breast Cancer Awareness Month by recruiting churches within the Lexington, Fayette County, and surrounding counties to participate in our annual Pink the Pews event. This recognition is held on a designated Sunday in October where we recognize our cancer survivors, while sharing resources regarding mammography screening and breast cancer support services.
